Hi, I’m Julia, the founder of Privio. 👋
I’ve spent my career working at the intersection of healthcare, privacy and compliance, helping organizations protect sensitive data while still getting real work done. After years of seeing privacy treated as either an afterthought or a fear-driven checkbox exercise, I started Privio to offer something better.
I believe privacy should be practical, defensible, and most importantly, human.
I’ve worked closely with healthcare organizations and regulated businesses to navigate complex requirements like HIPAA and beyond, translating regulations into clear, actionable steps that actually fit how teams operate day to day.
At Privio, my approach is grounded in experience, clarity, and partnership. I help organizations understand their risks, prioritize what actually matters, and build privacy programs that are sustainable, not overwhelming.
